The objective of this paper is to compare how employees from public and private sector
organisation perceive organisational justice, organisational commitment, creative
behaviour, and life satisfaction. It was hypothesized that private sector employees
would have a more positive perception of organisational justice, organisational
commitment, and creative problem solving than public sector employees. Furthermore,
public sector employees would have better life satisfaction than private sector employees.
The sample consisted of 200 managerial and supervisory personnel from the public
sector and 184 employees from the private sector organization. The data has been
analysed using the mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings did not provide
considerable support for the hypothesis.
