The present study was aimed at assessing colour preference responses to single
colours, in terms of how much they prefer or like the particular colour by looking at
the colour stimuli from participants’ perspective. In order to accomplish the aim of the
present work, colour preference task was administered to 100 participants to determine
individual colour preferences for 32 single colours. The obtained data was analyzed
using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance. The results of this study
found cultural and gender differences in colour preferences
