The present study was conducted to examine the effectiveness of cognitive behaviour therapy in reducing burnout and enhancing resilience among daily wage workers. A before-and-after experimental design without a control group was employed. A total of 40 daily wage workers (20 males and 20 females) aged 25-52 were selected using purposive sampling. Burnout and resilience were assessed by using the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory and the Brief Resilience Scale before and after the intervention phases. Ten sessions of cognitive behaviour therapy were administered to the participants on alternate days. Descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and paired-sample t-test were computed. Results revealed that burnout and resilience were negatively correlated (r=-0.31, p=0.05). Pre and post-test scores indicated that burnout (t=16.92) decreased, and resilience (t=19.69) increased following the intervention. Findings highlighted that CBT can be an effective therapeutic approach to reduce burnout and enhance resilience among daily wage workers
